TIP: To ensure ample air supply around the foot we suggest you attach adhesive side to top of your sock when wearing firm fitting shoes. Caution: Remove warmer immediately if too hot!

1. Open outer package
2. Place the warmers in your jacket or trouser pocket for a few minutes until the warmers are comfortably warm
3. Remove the adhesive backing and attach the warmer to the bottom (or top) of your sock
